Hi Jaime, I have a social dilemma. My son’s Grade 7 teacher “borrowed” his sweater because “she was cold”. My son is very handsome and many girls love him. Her teacher is a very pretty young woman of 23 years old. When I picked him up from school yesterday, I noticed that she had taken off his sweater and then returned it to him. It reminded me of a college girlfriend wearing her boyfriend’s jacket. I thought it was weird and inappropriate. I asked my son about it and he told me that his teacher got cold from time to time so he let him borrow his jacket or sweater. Yesterday it wasn’t that cold, so what’s going on? Am I reading too much into this? Should I make a big deal out of it? I’m looking for advice. Thank you

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but if it’s happened more than once, why didn’t the teacher just bring a sweater to throw on when it’s cold. I think that’s inappropriate. She may just be a young teacher who doesn’t even realize it’s wrong, but I’d nip her in the bud. That’s my point of view anyway.
